Myofascial Release targets the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs. When fascia becomes tight or restricted, it can cause discomfort, pain, and limited range of motion. By applying sustained pressure and stretching techniques, Myofascial Release encourages the fascia to loosen and realign, which restores normal tissue movement. 

Cupping Therapy uses suction to draw blood to the surface of the skin and the underlying muscles. When cups are placed on the body, the suction helps to improve blood circulation, reduce muscle tension, and enhance the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the treated area. The negative pressure created by the cups also stimulates the release of toxins from muscle tissue and aids in the healing process by promoting the flow of lymphatic fluid. With my cupping techniques I use dynamic and static cups. Dynamic cupping helps with myofascial release and decompression of targeted muscle groups.Options such as pedi, sports, abdominal, facial and cellulite cupping are also options that can be added on into the session. Each cupping session is ended with lymphatic drainage.

Trigger Point Therapy focuses on tight, hyper-irritable areas within muscle fibers known as "trigger points" that can cause localized or referred pain. These points occur when muscles contract and fail to release, often due to overuse, stress, or injury. Applying deep pressure or compression to these points helps to deactivate the muscle contraction, improve blood flow, and restore normal nerve function. This process also allows for the removal of metabolic waste products that accumulate in tight muscles, improving oxygen delivery to the area.

This type of massage is recommended for those with TMJ issues, neck and shoulder tension, or anyone seeking an uplift in their facial structure. It is also beneficial for those who suffer from tension headaches. The session begins with work on the neck and shoulders to help warm up the area. Using gentle and sustained pressure, gloved fingers are used to access and release the muscles inside the mouth, particularly focusing on the cheeks and jaw. Myofascial release and trigger point therapy are the primary techniques used in a Buccal Massage. The duration of a Buccal Massage can range from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the client’s needs. The treatment ends with gentle lymphatic drainage using cupping.

With assisted stretching I will be guiding you through stretches that target specific muscle groups. This process improves flexibility by elongating muscle fibers and increasing the range of motion in joints. When a therapist applies pressure during stretching, it helps to overcome the natural resistance of muscle fibers, allowing for a deeper stretch. This controlled approach encourages the muscle fibers to relax and lengthen more efficiently.

Muscle Energy Technique (MET) is an active stretching technique where the client is contracting targeted muscle while I am actively stretching it. This allows the muscle to be stretched to its full potential and the joint to be taken to full range of motion. 

Prenatal massage is a treatment designed to support the needs of expectant mothers. For safety reasons, prenatal massage is recommended only during the second and third trimesters, as receiving massage in the first trimester may increase the risk of complications.

During the session, special bolsters and pillows are used to ensure comfort and safety—typically allowing the client to lie on their side or in a semi-reclined position to avoid pressure on the abdomen. The massage focuses on relieving common pregnancy discomforts such as lower back pain, hip tension, leg cramps, and swelling in the feet and hand

. 

Reiki is a Japanese technique that helps promote healing through energy clearing. REI stands for "universal" and KI stands for "life energy", in other words spiritually guided life energy. Ki, life energy that flows through each one of us, can be blocked with negative thoughts. As the  practitioner I will help guide the Ki that flows within the physical body either through your chakras, meridian, nadis or auras. Think of these as your "radio receivers" and when these radio receivers are blocked you would have trouble connection to the higher vibrations of the universe and your own intuitions.

Sports massage is used to help prevent injuries & support recovery for those with active lifestyles. Sports massage typically involves deep tissue work. I recommend the use of cupping, muscle scraping and kinesiology tape in my sports massage sessions. Muscles that are most used with the clients activity would be the primary focus on the session. MET & assisted stretching will be performed to ensure full functionality of muscle groups.
